How can I track on my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also log into your account on Uniqtone.com and check the order status anytime.
How do I create an account?
Click the “User” icon in the top menu, or ‘My Account’ in the footer. Creating an account lets you check your orders, save addresses, and enjoy faster checkout.
I didn’t receive my order. What should I do?
If you haven’t received it, and over 10 days have passed since the order was placed, please contact us so we can investigate. And any questions regarding your order, please feel free to message us anytime.

Returns & Exchanges
How do I return my product(s)?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item. The product must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags. Go to our Returns & Refunds page to start the process.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 21 days), we’ll process your refund. Refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 1–2 billing cycles.
Do I have to pay return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
We offer free shipping worldwide. Delivery usually takes 6–10 business days, depending on your location and customs processing. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days.
Do you offer express shipping?
Currently we provide standard free worldwide shipping. Express options are not available yet, but we’re working on faster choices for the future.
How can I get free delivery?
All orders qualify for free shipping — no minimum purchase required.
Is tracking available for international orders?
Yes. All orders include tracking information, even for international destinations.
